Our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility, strategically located in Dehu, Pune, spans over 26,000 square feet. The layout is meticulously designed for optimal efficiency and a seamless production flow, with dedicated zones for raw material storage, panel production, quality control, and warehousing. Equipped with high-speed machinery and the latest technology, the facility is managed by a team of highly-trained professionals. A key feature of our setup is the unique twin-trolley hydraulic hot platen press, which can manufacture up to 12.5 two-panels at once, boosting our production capacity by nearly five times. This 36-meter-long press, with its 16 hydraulic cylinders and automatic oil heating system, has a capacity of 160 tons, ensuring we consistently deliver high-quality products.
